A luxury cabinet is only as good as what's built into it before the doors go on -- solid wood carcasses, dovetail-jointed drawers and soft-close runners fitted by joiners trained to City & Guilds standard with a bench-joinery background, rather than a general fitter working from a flat-pack kit. That's the standard behind every cabinetry project we take on, from a single run of handleless units to a full house of fitted storage. The Trades and Materials Behind a Cabinetry Build
- Design consultation and CAD visuals before any timber is cut
- Solid wood carcass construction with dovetail-jointed drawers
- Choice of hardwood, veneer, hand-painted or natural oil finish
- Soft-close hinges and full-extension drawer runners as standard
- Integrated LED lighting wired and certified by our own Part P registered electricians
- Gas Safe reconnection of a hob or range cooker where a cabinetry project includes a kitchen refit
- Removal and legal disposal of your old units, as a registered waste carrier
- Fitted wardrobes, home office and media cabinetry built to the same specification as kitchen units
Not Included / Costed Separately
- Structural alterations such as removing a load-bearing wall -- scoped and quoted separately, though we can project-manage them alongside the cabinetry
- Extending your gas or electrical supply beyond the room being fitted
- Integrated appliances themselves -- we can source and fit them, but they're priced as a separate line
- Planning permission or listed building consent for period-property alterations -- this stays the homeowner's responsibility, though we'll flag early if a project is likely to need it
