What's Included When We Fit or Repair Your Dishwasher
- Supply-ready installation of integrated, freestanding, slimline and commercial dishwashers, including cabinet modification and custom door panel fitting for built-in units
- Hot water, waste and electrical connections, tested for leaks under pressure and checked for safe earthing before we leave
- Same-day and emergency repairs for common faults - blocked spray arms and filters, drain pump and waste pipe blockages, door seal leaks, control panel and heating element faults
- Removal and legal disposal of your old dishwasher if you'd rather not deal with it yourself - arranged at booking, as we're a registered waste carrier
- Washing machine and tumble dryer installation alongside dishwasher work, using the same plumbing and electrical connections
Not Included / Costed Separately
- New plumbing runs or additional electrical circuits where none currently exist - quoted separately once we've seen the space, typically £100-200 on top of the base install
- The dishwasher itself isn't included - for repairs we work on your existing machine, and for new installs we fit units already purchased or supplied as part of a wider kitchen project
- Structural cabinet building - we modify an existing cabinet to take a dishwasher, but a new carcass or full cabinet run is a kitchen fitting job, not a dishwasher install
- Ongoing annual servicing - available as an optional extra visit, not included automatically with a standard installation or repair

Anyone can push a hose onto a tap, but a dishwasher that's wired and drained properly is what keeps a kitchen floor dry for the next ten years. Our plumbing connections are carried out by plumbers qualified to NVQ Level 2 and City & Guilds, and any electrical work - the earthed spur, the safety testing - is signed off by Part P registered electricians who issue a proper safety certificate rather than a verbal assurance. Where a job sits alongside a gas hob or range cooker, that connection is handled by a Gas Safe registered engineer, not bundled in as an afterthought. Every install and repair comes with a 5-year labour and installation guarantee, with a separate 2-year guarantee on the products we supply, and because we're a registered waste carrier, we can take your old machine away and dispose of it properly instead of leaving you to find a skip. We're also members of CITB and the Federation of Small Businesses, which matters less for the marketing and more because it means the same standards apply whether it's a two-hour dishwasher swap or a full kitchen refit.
